"I’ve always believed the law should be a tool to help real people, not just a system to protect the powerful. Whether someone is facing a life-changing injury or standing up against discrimination, they deserve an attorney who listens, fights hard, and treats them with respect every step of the way. That’s what drives me, and that’s what my clients can expect from me."
Daniel C. Sharpe is an experienced civil litigation attorney with a background in personal injury, employment discrimination, and civil rights claims. He earned his law degree from UC Davis School of Law, where he focused on public interest law, volunteered with the King Hall legal outreach program, and co-founded the Humanitarian Aid Legal Organization (HALO) to provide pro bono legal services to communities in need.
Daniel began his career in Southern California representing plaintiffs in federal court against law enforcement agencies and played a key role in a successful Ninth Circuit appeal overturning qualified immunity in a high-stakes civil rights case. He later built a civil litigation department while serving as in-house counsel at the fastest-growing civil law firm in the U.S., overseeing HR policies, staff training, and business litigation.
In 2024, Daniel and his family relocated to the Pacific Northwest to be closer to extended family. Outside of work, he enjoys gardening, cooking, and martial arts training.
