For nearly two decades, Andrea Telquist has dedicated her career to helping injured individuals and families rebuild their lives after tragedy. As Co-Founder, Chief Operating Officer, and Trial Attorney at Telaré Law, Andrea combines courtroom skill, relentless preparation, and a commitment to client advocacy that has made her one of the leading plaintiff attorneys serving Washington and Oregon.

Since beginning her legal career in 2007, Andrea has built an extensive litigation and trial practice spanning state, federal, appellate, and bankruptcy courts. While her experience includes a wide variety of complex litigation matters, her passion ultimately led her to the representation of injured people, where she found the ideal intersection of advocacy, service, and justice. Today, she focuses exclusively on helping injury victims navigate some of the most difficult circumstances of their lives while pursuing meaningful results for them and their families.

Andrea’s accomplishments have earned recognition from respected legal organizations, including selection to The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Trial Lawyers, recognition among the Top 10 Best Female Attorneys for Client Satisfaction, and admission to numerous state and federal courts, including the Supreme Court of the United States.

In 2019, Andrea and George Telquist co-founded Telaré Law with a vision of creating a law firm built around exceptional client service, aggressive advocacy, and a true team approach to litigation. The firm’s name, Telaré, reflects the idea of “bringing forces together,” a philosophy that continues to guide the firm’s culture, operations, and representation of clients today. Under their leadership, Telaré Law has grown into one of the region’s most respected plaintiff firms while remaining committed to personalized service and trial-ready representation.

Raised in Pasco after relocating from Libby, Montana, Andrea knew from an early age that she wanted to become an attorney. Inspired by the lawyers who helped her family during a difficult chapter of life and encouraged by a hardworking single mother, she pursued that goal with unwavering determination. Those same values of resilience, independence, and perseverance remain central to both her legal practice and leadership philosophy today.

Beyond her legal practice, Andrea serves as Chief Operating Officer of Telaré Law, helping shape the firm’s long-term strategy, client experience, operational excellence, and continued growth. She remains deeply committed to developing a culture where exceptional people can do exceptional work on behalf of deserving clients.

Outside the office, Andrea enjoys spending time with family, traveling, reading, cooking, training in jiu-jitsu, skiing, and exploring the mountains, rivers, and coastlines of the Pacific Northwest.
